The Resort offers plenty of facilities for our guests to enjoy
Lucaya Loop Gardens and Pool area
Our condo buildings are located on Lucaya Loop, an oval of 8 buildings with a pool & hot tub located at one end of the beautiful garden area. The large heated pool and hot tub are open from 8.00am to dusk, with plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs on the pool deck. There is also a shower/toilet block, plus a drinking water fountain.
BBQ & Picnic and Kiddies Jungle Gym Area There are 3 BBQ & picnic areas around the resort, the closest one to the condos is on open ground between buildings 5 & 9. The two BBQs are charcoal fired and each have their own picnic table. The kiddies Jungle Gym and Swingset is also located in this area, with bark floor covering and bench seating built into the retained wall.
Nature Trail, Shuffleboard &Tennis/Basketball Starting from the Clubhouse, the nature trail weaves through the landscaped gardens, around the ponds and down to the lake. It is a nice and gentle way to explore this beautiful resort.
There is a shuffleboard and tennis/pickleball court located close to the Clubhouse. With a second half basketball / pickleball court located on the south side of the property.
Clubhouse Pool & Kiddies Splashpad The Clubhouse pool is open from 8.00am to 11.00pm.
The kiddies splashpad pool area is located next to the Clubhouse. There is a shallow pool, mushroom waterfall and shower pipe, plus a splashpad with water jets - great fun for kids of all ages!
Bathrooms are located in a separate block between the two areas.
Please note that all pool areas are NO SMOKING - but there are designated smoking areas located outside each of the fenced areas.
Cenote Day Spa offers a wide range of spa services and can be found in the Clubhouse.
Tradewinds Bar & Restaurant and Beach Area
Tradewinds is located lakeside offering guests lovely views over Lake Davenport and offers a selection of food and drinks (please check the board for opening times). The man-made sandy beach has plenty of sun loungers and fixed palm umbrellas for shade, plus a larger tiki hut with relaxing hammocks and a table-tennis table. The volleyball area is off to one side.
