The Resort has 24-hour Gated Security manned by friendly guards, who always have a warm welcome and wave for guests passing through.
A Concierge Service is available in the Clubhouse to help you with any special requests you may have.
Tickets for the theme parks or evening dinner-shows may be purchased in advance from the Ticket and Information point located on the ground floor of the Clubhouse. They offer good deals and help to avoid long queues at the park gates. Information brochures, map and coupon books are available at all times.
The Clubhouse is fitted with WiFi Internet access for those guests who have laptops and for those other guests who require internet access, time cards may be purchased from Reception for use at the computers located upstairs in the internet area.
An Attraction Shuttle Service is available between the Clubhouse and Disney, Sea World or Universal. Details on timings schedule, prices and bookings can all be made through the Clubhouse Reception.
A Welcome Food Pack can be arranged for your arrival, all the basics to get you started without the hassle of shopping as soon as you get there. This can be requested at the time of booking with us and usually costs £25.
Check-in is from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, but guests arriving earlier may make use of the Clubhouse facilities until the apartment is available. Check-out is usually by 10.00am on day of departure, however a later check-out may be requested with the owners at the time of booking for a nominal charge.
Resort Amenity Fee – this is optional for guest’s of owner. For US$5.95 per day the fee includes unlimited DVD rental (one at a time but more than one a day if required) from two kiosks located in the clubhouse lobby which have a wide variety of films suitable for all the family, unlimited use of the sports equipment and free local and US national domestic phone calls.
Guests not participating can still rent the tennis equipment ($10/hour), fishing equipment ($10/day) and pay for any telephone calls separately. However, they cannot access the DVD rentals. There is no charge for using the basketball/tennis court and the gym & sauna are also available at any time free of charge.
Cleaning – as the apartment is a self-catering unit it will be cleaned thoroughly at the end of each stay. There is a US$65 one-off charge which is payable on your arrival at the resort. Should you require a mid-stay maid service, please contact the Clubhouse Reception during your visit – please note that this may incur a small charge.
Child’s Cot & High Chair - available for use if required and can be found stored in the bedroom wardrobe.
In-room Safe – there is an electronic safe in the apartment for valuables.
The apartments are non-smoking inside, however the patio or balcony area may be used if required.
A maximum of 8 people only may stay in each apartment during any one booking period. Should more accommodation be required, we have contact with other owners who have apartments at Bahama Bay.
Integra Resort Management oversees the running of Bahama Bay Resort and is responsible for maintaining our apartment’s high standards. Therefore should you have any queries during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact them via the Clubhouse Reception Desk to assist you in anyway possible
Resort Address & Location
The Bahama Bay Resort can be found just off US-27, close the intersection of the US-192. A direct road from the Resort the back to the US-192 has recently opened, cutting minutes of your journey times.
Conveniently Bahama Bay Resort is located just 15 mins from DisneyWorld, 20 mins from SeaWorld, 30 mins from Universal Studios and 45 mins from Orlando International Airport.
Fly into either Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFA) or Tampa International Airport (TPA). Travel times from each Airport to Bahama Bay Resort are approx 45 mins, 65 mins or 75 mins respectively on good roads. Full directions and maps will be provided to the guest before they travel.
There are several well know car hire companies at each airport and pickup is easy and straightforward, however we would recommend pre-booking car hire from the UK before your travel.
