Our identical apartments are situated on the ground and first floor of condominium blocks with plenty of parking at the front of the building and two private patio/balcony areas with views across the gardens. Each has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite from the master bedroom), a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with snack bar plus a laundry/utilities closet.

Decorated in a Caribbean style, they have all the amenities needed to make them feel like a home from home.

Lounge/Dining Room

The lounge/dining room has been recently refubished and is the centre of the apartment, comprising:

• a large dining table with 6 chairs
• 3 seated (double) sofa bed and 2 seated sofa, coffee/lamp tables
• Media unit holding a large TV with cable channels, DVD player, hi-fi system and board games.
• patio doors lead to a small area with a table and 2 chairs, mesh-screened against insects.

Kitchen

The kitchen has all the essential features you could require:

• Large fridge/freezer with ice making unit
• Large electric cooker
• Microwave
• Dishwasher
• Sink and waste disposal unit
• Toaster, kettle, coffee machine and blender
• China and cutlery for 8 guests, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, even a set of picnic ware

A welcome food pack can be arranged on request so that you have some basic supplies when you arrive.

Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom

The Master Bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed, lots of wardrobe and hanging space, large double chest of drawer, bedside cabinets, lamps and a cable TV mounted on the wall. A fold-away baby crib and high-chair can be found in the wardrobe.

There are sliding doors to a second small mesh-screened patio area overlooking the lovely gardens.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath with electric shower, large basin and toilet. There is a switch for the extractor fan and a small linen/towel cupboard which houses the hair-dryer and extra towels.

Second Double Bedroom

This room comprises:

• King size bed
• Double wardrobe
• Large chest of drawers
• Wall mounted mirror
• Bedside cabinets & lamps

Twin Bedroom

This room comprises:

• Twin beds
• Double wardrobe (high chair stored inside)
• Large chest of drawers
• Wall mounted mirror
• Bedside cabinet & lamp

Separate Bathroom

The separate bathroom is located just outside the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. It has a washbasin unit, WC and large walk-in shower.

Both bathrooms in the ground floor apartment are fitted with handrails around the toilet and shower for those who require them.
